Privacy notice
This notice covers keelprojects.ca, the Keel Projects marketing website. Verinax and Ballast will have separate privacy notices before they collect information through their own product websites or applications.
What this website collects
The early-access form collects:
- your email address
- the products for which you request early access
The website does not set cookies, run analytics or embed trackers. Its fonts, scripts and images are served from keelprojects.ca. There is no account to create on this website.
Why we collect it
We use the information only to contact you when early access is available for the products you selected. We do not sell, rent or trade the information, and we do not add it to a general marketing list. You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your address.
Where the information goes
When you submit the form, the information is sent to Keel Projects as an email notification. It is not written to a website database and is kept only in that mailbox.
Website hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States serves the website and runs the function that handles the form.
Email delivery
Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States, delivers the notification containing your information.
Server logs
Cloudflare records ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. Keel Projects does not use those logs to build a profile of website visitors.
Processing outside Canada
Keel Projects Ltd. is a Canadian company. The service providers named above operate in the United States, so your email address and product selections may be stored and processed outside Canada. They may be subject to lawful access under United States law.
How long we keep it
We keep the information until we contact you about early access, until you ask us to delete it, or until the relevant early-access programme is cancelled, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@keelprojects.ca. We will respond within thirty days and will not charge you for the request. Deleting your address removes you from the early-access list.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page.
